Cold Cold Goo-goo’s

We all have some phrases from our kids’ babyhood that stick because they’re just so cute.  Well, here’s one of the Hann Tribe’s.  Cold, cold goo-goos is simply a giant bowl of frozen blueberries. Kids get a thrill out of eating frozen stuff, and blueberries are a big favorite.  Add some gluten free vanilla yogurt for protein if you wish, or just serve as-is. A word to the wise: blueberries can stain both clothes and kids!

Silly Snack

A great snack for when you’re on the go, and can double as breakfast on the run!

Combine two gluten free cereals of your choice, chocolate chips, m&m’s (or SunDrops), and dried fruit bits (we like raisins and freeze-dried blueberries). You can also add almonds or peanuts for some extra protein.

Pizza Roll-ups

Tastes like pizza, travels like a sandwich: win-win!

Spread gluten free tomato sauce on a corn tortilla; top with shredded mozzarella cheese.  Bake in a 350 oven until cheese is melted.  Remove from oven and roll up. If you’re eating at home, try dipping these in sauce, or pack them as-is for lunch on the go.
