Welcome to the Gluten Free Tribe!
Two moms, six kids, and a passion for living an abundant gluten free life…
We’re Nicole and Susannah, and between us we have 6 kids and years of experience with a gluten free lifestyle. We know first-hand that going gluten free means so much more than just finding new recipes. It truly is a lifestyle change, and touches many aspects of daily life, from the cosmetics we use to the way we travel.
We’ve put together this site to support you on your journey. You’ll find all kinds of information, from the basics such as “what is gluten?” to recipes, tips, and restaurant reviews. There’s even a section where you can order outstanding gluten free products at a great price.
Going gluten free can be daunting – even overwhelming – at first, and can seem to be all about deprivation; don’t eat this, don’t use that. But with a little support and information, it’s easier than you may think. We passionately believe that a gluten free lifestyle can be an abundantly healthy and happy one. We’re thrilled to be able to share our knowledge and resources with you.
So, from our tribe to yours…welcome!
